Sahara Sam’s is the premier indoor water attraction in New Jersey, pulling in visitors year-round from all over the United States. The company has embraced online advertising and social media as a powerful approach to both finding new customers and bringing past customers back for more aquatic fun.
The Challenge
In addition to hiring PurePPC to manage their Google Adwords campaign, Sahara Sam’s was also looking for help in making their Facebook account more of an asset. With Facebook’s constant changes to their advertising interface, it left Sahara Sam’s with advertising on Facebook that was doing little to attract more business for their ad dollars being spent.
The Solution
Rather than running Facebook PPC traffic directly to their Timeline page, which did little to encourage customer interaction, PurePPC helped Sahara Sam’s to set up a special new Facebook page to which traffic could be directed. The page presented an offer to prospects that could only be accessed after the page was “liked” by the user. Our experts also established a new campaign to start encouraging people already connected with the park to return.
